1. General It is outdoor, single phase and oil immersed inverted type current transformer, which is used for metering and relay protection of 150kv, 50 or 60 HZ system. 2. Service Condition Ambient Temperature:-40~+40°c Altitude: less than 1000m Environment Pollution level: II, III, IV 4. Structure Feature It is top-head oil/paper insulation type product. The primary insulation is wound from the high voltage division in the primary insulation, which can improve electric field distribution and decrease the consumption of insulation material. It will be immersed with transformer oil after desiccating under vacuum. It has advantages of stable and reliable performance of insulation, rich successful experience, a long life time. Primary winding is of penetrating type conducting rod structure, hence improves the product's endrance against short circuit current; maximum short-time withstand current reaches 63KA/3s (in case of series connection of primary winding) Secondary winding is cast in aluminum shielding case by use of organic materials, hence the measuring circuit and protection circuit at the secondary side will not suffer electric shock caused by insulation breakdown. Fully-automatic vacuum drying treament system and advanced vacuum drying treatment and oil injection technique ensure the dielectric loss factor(tanδ) of the product to be less than 0.32%. The external insulation adopts high-strength porcelain bushing; the optimized surface field intensity is combined with lower internal bushing field intensity to protect porcelain bushing from explosion danger. The secondary outlet box is cast with aluminum alloy as an entirety, of which the dustproof, waterproof and permeable enclosed structure meets the requirements of IP55. The secondary  terminals for wiring adopt Phoenix terminals to facilitate the operations like plugging in, drawing out and wiring. The parts are connected together through argon arc welding. After assembly, the product will be charged with high pressure nitrogen gas for leak detection, radically solving oil leakage problem of oil-immersed product. All parts, such as aluminum alloy enclosure, pedestal, junction box, stainless steel expander and nameplate, are rust-free all the time. The product has nice appearance, small size and light weight. The product is maintenance-free.
