Selvedge: Open end by rapier loom or airjet loom.

Function: antistatic effect with metal threads in both warp and weft direction. we call this ANTISTATIC RIPSTOPS.

              we also supply metal threads only in warp direction, we call it  ANTISTATIC STRIPS.

Special finishing can be available:  W/R, 3M, F/R if neccessary.

This antistatic fabric 150gsm is made of superior spun yarn type material. it is weaved with conductive metal threads in order to get a fine effect for electron transitting.  it is a light weight fabric used  for  Summer uniforms of those mineral,petrolieum and chemichal industrial wear. The light weight antistatic fabric is  not only breathable and comfortable, but also be safety for industrial workers and persons of some special labs.

The antstatic fabric is bearing a high tempreture dyeing with disperse dyestuffs and vat dyestuffes, such will make better colorfastness after washing or rubbing. This antistaic fabric is adopted also have good colorfastness to anti-breaking and anti-tearing. that's why it always is used for uniforms for industrial workers.

Our poly cotton twill fabrics are woven by rapier looms or airjet looms, so fabric surface looks perfect and smooth, that can avoid

many weaving deffects to meet client's satisfactory.

3. Woven by rapier loom or airjet loom, quality will be much better than shuttle loom quality.

4. For uniforms, we are adopting vat dyestuffs to keep a good colorfastness.
