1. Are you a factory / manufacturer?

Yes, we own our factory and take the full control of whole manufacturing process, that’s why we can be flexible and able to make customization according to your needs.


2. What is you MOQ? Can we start the deal from small quantity?

In general, our MOQ is 10000 pcs per color per style. However, we are sincere to start the business with new customer, and it is absolutely negotiable if you want to start the business from small.



3. Do you offer free sample? How about the freight fee?

In general, we offer free sample if you can accept our existing models and colors. Otherwise, we will quote you the sampling fee for the customization.

For the freight fee, It should be pay by Purchaser.


4. Can you do customizations to the product? (e.g make the components according to our pantone color, print our logo on the product, customize the packaging, etc.

Yes, all plastic components can be changed and matched with the pantone number provided. Besides, we have our mould development team and they are very experienced to design & setup customized product.
