Brief Introduction:

WAW-1000E Model Computerized Hydraulic Universal Testing Machine (UTM), also known as a universal testing machine , materials testing machine ,tensile testing machine or materials test frame, is used to test the tensile strength and compression strength of materials. WAW Series Hydraulic Universal Testing Machine is computerized , by using oil pressure transducer and photoelectric encoder, the computer is timely collecting the testing parameter like loading force, stroke etc. The servo system will provide on line close loop control and constant parameters control. The test software is able to create customized testing methods and setup testing report in only a few steps

1. The main machine structure is made of  steel castings after heat treatment which has  strong rigidity and good stability. 

2.Six columns can support full load tensile test , all parts of the equipment will still work after the full load test .

3.The fully open beam structure has good overall rigidity and bending resistance,  also avoids the phenomenon of skidding and falling force in the test 

4.The cylinder adopts the unique non-friction guiding technology of the oil film without sealing static pressure support, the machining clearance is controlled within 0.02 mm, the precision is high.

5.The design is beautiful, convenient, the test curve is smooth, the test table surface and  screw surface plating chromium polishing which  has good rust resistance.
