Ⅰ. Applying Scope
This compact rendering equipment design is suitable for livestock or animals farms. The continuous working capacity is rendering 1ton dead animal or dead poultry in 6 hours
This 1 ton rendering system is designing with the principle of eco. Friendly, energy saving, low consumption, safe in operation. It is working with low energy consumption equipment, flow working, improving facility working efficiency, less failure; Optimizing the working process, less space taken, shortest working transit processing, low cost in operation, maximize flow working, and greatly saving labor during production. The raw material is not direct connect with heat energy which reduce the waste water during production.
Ⅲ. Features of working flow
2) The whole sterilization process is at closed status, there is no need any civil work basement for cooker.
4). There is no need add any auxiliary in working, the cooked powder can be used as fertilizer for cultivation, or additive to other kind of animal feed. The fat extracted from powder can be used for biodiesel or chemical oil.
6) The system is assembly freely, the specification can be regulated according to development of farm.

3. Introduction of working flow
1) Raw material elevating system
2) High temperature cooking
Closed cap of feeding port after load raw material about 0.5 1ton, heating up and sterilization, maintain the pressure for 30 minutes when the inside cooker temperature reach up to 130-160 Celsius degree. After maintaining pressure, small relief and big relief to the normal pressure, and then goes into drying stage. The system drying with low temperature vacuum drying model at 80 Celsius degree, which reduce the energy consumption, and reduce the drying time. The drying period takes about 4 to 5 hours which the water contains is controllable, the water contains of meal drop to about 12%, the fat contains is about 30%.
a. The whole vacuum drying stage is controlled by vacuum station, water level and water drainage control.
