Microcomputer is applied by PLC control system, touch screen man-machine interface, which contains 5 set fixed-program inside: A. Surgical instruments B. Glassware C. Plastic products D. Catheter products E. Microtrauma instrument and 5 set of self-defining program added. The design of screen and key-press setting are scientific and visual, real-timely display dynamic parameter, parameter-modified, function self-detection, various failure alarms and so on.

Parameter requirement: Drying temperature setting range is 0º C -100º C, drying time setting range is 0-9999 seconds and freely set according to requirement.

Drying cabinet is made of top-quality drawing block of stainless steel and has insulation sandwich, which is able to prevent heat consumption. Cabinet door with glass window is convenient to observe working situation inside whenever.

Patent technology double-cycle drying pipeline and equipment with up & down meanwhile ventilation ensure drying effect and saving energy.

Safety feature:

Leakage protection: Equipment power will power off to prevent electric shock incident happening when the equipment has a leakage accident.

Overheat protection: Temperature controller will cut off heating tube power and give an alarm to prevent heating tube from being burned out when the temperature of heating tube exceeds the setting value.
