YBK25II Precision CNC Lathe
●Numerical control system. Adopt Taiwan SYNTEC system, high stability and high precision.
● High Automatic Turning Machine precision spindle. Spindle bearings with domestic high precision angular contact ball bearings, after the first three two configuration, ensure the accuracy of the spindle high rigid and durable properties, main shaft runout & le; 2 & mu; M.
● Efficient processing. Highest spindle speed 3500 r/min, strong rigidity, x, z axis fast moving speed can be up to 15 m/min.
● High rigid bed. Stable structure design, high quality baking cast iron bed, strong rigidity.
● High precision of feed. Feed full servo drive shafts, USES the Taiwan PMI, HIWIN high precision ball screw, ensure the machining accuracy and efficiency, feed the repositioning precision shaft & le; 3 & mu; M.
● Row of knife rest. Novel row knife rest make repetitive error to a minimum, in high speed accurately, can substantially save processing time.
● Machine Cnc Auto Lathe tool guideway structure. Machine tool guideway adopt Taiwan PMI, HIWIN high precision linear guide, configuration lubrication system, ensure the axis high speed feed for a long time.
● Lubrication system. All screw and guide rail lubrication centralized lubrication system, guarantee the long-term efficient operation of machine tools.
● Automation. By configuring the automatic feeder, automatic continuous processing.
