Applicable for: additional construction, tool room, additional office place of the storage.   The dealing and the protection of steel structure grassroots   The method of the treatment should meet the following requirements:   1) The surface of the steel structure that is polluted by grease can use organic solvent, hot alkali or  emulgator, braking and other ways to wipe off the grease.    2) The surface of the steel structure that is polluted by oxide or adheres old paint, can use eradicating,  baking and other methods to clean up. 3) The primary treatment of steel structure substratum should be painted prime paint in time. And the  interval should not be over 5 hours.   Protection of the steel structure materials : (1) The primary treatment of the surface of the metal should be painted the choosing prime paint in time,  and prevent metal’s surface rusting again so that it can protect the metal’s substrates that have been handled. (2) The pretreatment of the surface of the large scale equipment can be segmented to proceed, and after  checking and be qualified,the metal’s surface should be painted the prime paint in time. (3) When the air humidity or the work-piece’s temperature is cooler then  environment temperature, heating measures can be used to prevent the  corrosion of the work-piece that is after treatment again. When the humidity is heavy , it should stop  processing.If the work-piece’s temperature is higher than the temperature of the dew point 3 ℃, the  measures must be taken.   After passing the qualified workpiece, in the period of the transport and storage  should keep clean. If the  storage is improper and it is rusted and polluted again, it should be re-handled until it meets the qualified  requirement.     Detailed Materials L
