Dyed fabrics,we have our own spun weaving factory with 30,000 spindles and totaly 1,000 shuttle looms and shuttless looms,we have our local good relations dyeing factory.we use disperse dye for polyester and Vat dye or reactive dye for cotton,they are all Environmentaly protection dyed, and they have good colorfastness and good shrinkage. we also use continuous dyeing process .

Process: singeing desizing scouring bleach mercerization heat set post finsh
Standard: chinese GB AATCC ISO OKTEX-100
Color confirm: make lab dip before procductio ,shipping sample confirmed by buyer before shipment
technology: continue dyeing jig dyeing jet dyeing
Shrinkage: warp and weft bellow 1% or 1-3%
Color fastness: grade 3 and up
