                              Water-based acrylic emulsion   Brief introduction: WA-2007, WA-2008 are both acrylic copolymer emulsion. WA-2007 is a extremely soft resin which can enhance the adhesion. WA-2008 can increase the hardness and abrasion resistance of the system, it is recommended to use WA-2007 and WA-2008 together.   Physical properties:

  Features: 1. Excellent color performance. 2. WA-2007 has excellent adhesion for plastic plates and membranes and other substrates, as well as medium dry-speed. 3. WA-2008,a hard resin, has good heat resistance, high hardness, wide compatibility interface and fast dry-speed.   Applications: 1. Water-based gravure printing ink of soft pack. 2. Water-based plastic paint. 3. Water-based wood paint. 4. PET, PVC, BOPP, paper and other materials.   Application Guidelines: 1. WA-2007 can be used in plastic, metal, membranes and other substrates to enhance adhesion of film. 2. WA-2008, a hard resin, can be used as additional resin to improve film’s hardness, abrasion performance and heat resistance, while the resin have good adhesion for the plastic substrate. 3. Painting method: gravure, spraying, brush coating, etc. 4. Curing conditions: room temperature or low temperature baking. 5.  Adding suitable coupling agent can enhance film properties according to the substrate.    Film performances:(50°C, 20 min)

    Packaging and storage guidelines: 1. 15KG, 50KG, 100KG, 200KG in plastic drums. 2. Stored in 100% dark light tight containers. 3. Stored in cool and dry indoor place at 5-30°C. 4. The shelf life will be significantly reduced at high temperature or exposure conditions. 5. The shelf life is six months from production date stored in sealed containers.   Material safety: The MSDS of the product will be provided upon the client’s request.
