HOMEE is a ISO9000 Quality Management System authenticated glass factory by SGS as well as the products, which is the world’s leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company. Homee always put quality at the first place.We have 8 persons in QC team. They are responsible for full inspection and random inspection during production,and spot inspection before shipping.After the three-step process,these un-qualified chips are picked out. 
Homee factory is located in Dali, Foshan, covers a total area of 60,000 sq.ft. This is the factory showroom, office view, a corner of warehouse. Now Homee have 128 workers, the production capacity per day is 700 sqm. Homee showroom is located in Ceramic International Trading Center with 4,000 sq.ft of construction area. Homee have 8 sales here. It takes around 20 minutes by car from the showroom to factory. Packaging & Shipping 
According to customers request, Homee provide Neutral,HOMEE standard and Customer oriented packaging. For 8mm thickness mosaic, there are 11sheets/box,72 boxes/pallet, 20 pallets/container. 
Besides the glass mosaics, Homee also makes marketing materials upon customers needs, such asdisplay stands, sample books and sample boards. Terms of payment : T/T( L/C), 30%deposit, balance should be paid before loading; Price terms: F.O.B Foshan/ F.O.B Guangzhou/ F.O.B Shenzhen,CNF,CIF Delivery time: within 15-25 days after the receipt of deposit FAQ-2 1.Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Yes, we do. We keep no stock or very little stock for the products we promote. We do have a requirement for minimum order quantity to start production. This minimum order quantity varies with the production techniques of the products. Normally, it is around 1 pallet or half pallet per item. Please feel free to contact us and we will check the details for you.
2. Do you have dealers in my area?
Homee is a major Chinese OEM mosaic tile supplier serving customers all over the world. There may be importers in your country already dealing with the same products as you see on our website. Please let us know your location and we can check their store locations for you.
3. What is your return policy?
Orders cannot be cancelled or returned unless the goods have quality problems.
4. How is your product quality and what is your quality assurance policy?
Homee mosaic tiles are manufactured strictly in compliance with the quality standards in the industry. In other words, we keep a top quality level in the mosaic tile industry. Please feel free to ask for samples or visit our factory to check our product quality.
Our company is committed to continuously improving our product quality and is responsible for any quality problems. We provide free replacement or refund service for any defective products.
5. What is your lead time?
Our lead time is usually within 2-8 weeks, depending on the quantity of your order. Normally, an order of one 20’ container will be delivered within 4 weeks.
6. What are the shipping methods of samples?
Our samples are usually shipped by 4 international courier companies which are respectively the FedEx, DHL, UPS and TNT. If you already have an account with one of the above companies, you may ask them to arrange a pick up at our office. Or you can let us know your account number, then we will arrange shipment for you.
7. Can you send me samples? Are they free?
Yes, we would love to send you samples. Our company offers samples free of charge if you need large numbers of samples to distribute to your dealers or customers. However, we do not provide free shipping. The international shipping cost will be borne by your side.
8. Do you provide mosaic tile installation guidance?
We provide guidance for the whole mosaic tile installation process, including necessary tool preparation, material selection, installation preparatory work and the attention items in construction.
