Application:

This equipment is widely used in milk and juice industry.

Instruction:

This degasser unit we made adopts vacuum system can effectively restrain the oxidation of milk or fruit juice, and can also avoid the oxidation taking place among pigment, vitamin C, aroma and other substances, thus to guaranteed products' original quality.

Performance:

It can remove the gas absorbed on the pulp granules to prevent the upper floating of granules and maintain good appearance of product.

It can reduce the bubbling during the canning and sterilization.

It can be fitted with the sterilizer unit to realize full-automatic control.

The whole equipment set is easy to operate, runs stably and is convenient for cleaning in place.

Construction:

Mainly consists of flash evaporator, condenser, balance water tank, discharge pump, cooling water circulation pump (sanitary centrifugal pump), double-stage liquid ring vacuum pump, linking pipes and electric control cabinet.
