Ultrasound inkjet printing is composed of piezoelectric transducer, insulating film, ink chamber, reflecting chamber and nozzle plate. Ultrasound is focused near the nozzle by reflecting chamber and capillary wave is generated on the liquid surface. Capillary wave will produce spraying droplets. When the frequency of ultrasound is 10MHz, the diameter of spraying droplets is several microns.
