TPO Membrane Weld Plates are available for use with TPO or PVC/KEE/TPA membranes. Suitable for rigid substrates such as gypsum board, cement board, etc., then induction welded with thin films to form non-vertical connections to resist wind loads. Plate diameter: 80mm；Hole diameter: 6.8mm. Color: Front side: Light green；Back side: Epoxy light brown/light grey/Or anti-finger print alu-zinc film. FM test approved.

Corrosion resistance: Resistance according to ETAG 006-D.3.1 and DIN 50018 2.0s for 15 Kessnecht tests. Complies with FM Standard No. 4470.
Pull-Through Resistance 400 lbs. (181.4kg) (min.) from center hole.
Wide Usage: For thermal panel connections (structural concrete, timber and steel roof panels), and for fixing TPO membranes to panels by induction welding.
Easy to Apply: Using mechanical fixing technology, the non-perforated gasket is attached to the special coating welded with TPO/PVC, and the TPO/PVC is welded to the non-perforated gasket by induction welding technology, which is beneficial to form a continuous and integral waterproof layer.
