3) If you find any spare parts are missing or some damaged when un-package, we will deliver the new parts with your coming containers or orders.

4) For checking the products quality ---you are warmly welcomed to visit our factory showroom to check the quality before order, we have above 300 sqms showroom. Before loading, you can also send QC to check the goods . Or we will check the quality and send photos for your reference. We will not loading container till you agree to loading.

Trade Information

1. Payment term:
by T/T or L/C
T/T: 30% deposit, balance paid before shipment; L/C: L/C at sight

2. Min Order Quantity:
normally is one 20ft container, 100 units of each item; several items mixed small quantity is acceptable for trial order. But for some space case, we don't have MOQ requirement, because we do have stock for certain product, like commode chair, please kindly check with us if you need urgent delivery time. 

3. Lead time: about 30-40 days for 1*40HQ after receiving deposit. If we have stock and your order quantity is small, we can send it to you right away.

4. Sample order:
Sample is available for customer to check the quality.We will charge double price for sample, but will return back after ordering.

5.Guarantee: We guarantee the quality.
For damaged and missing items, we will send replacement after getting related details, such as photo or video.

6. Package & Carton:
All commode chair packed in KD or semi-KD.Use 5- layer K=A 210pounds export standard carton. Your shipping marks can be printed on carton. We also can make the individual packing for you to support your online sales.
