DP4 Flange DU  Bushing  PTFE bronze bushing Oilless bushing   Excellent wear resistanace under high load under self-lubricated circumstances MP10 is a broadly-used self-lubricated bearing material, which is based on steel backing, and porous bronze are sintered onto the steel backing, PTFE mixture are evenly coated onto the bronze sinter layer. To satisfactorily meet the requirements of high corrosion application, MP11(bronze-backed) or MP12(stainless steel-backed) materials are recommended.     Self-lubricated and maintenance-free. Excellent wear resistance under high load and low velocity circumstances. Excellent mechanical strength and dimensional stability. Good thermal conductivity. Broad servicve range:-200°C~+280°C No absorption of water and oil, can be used for fully-lubricated or marginally-lubricated conditions, even in the presence of most industrial liquids.     Structure   1. PTFE/Polymer fibres mixture thickness 0.01~0.03mm. Lead-free bearing layer provides an       excellent initial transfer film, which effectively coats the mating surfaces of the bearing assembly, forming an oxide type solid lubricant film.   2. Sintered bronze powder thickness 0.20-0.35mm, provides max. thermal conductivity away from the bearing surface, also serves as a reservoir for the PTFE mixture.   3. Steel backing, provides high load carrying capacity, excellent heat dissipation.   4.
