Product description
Thermoplastic Flame Retardant ATH is also called Precipitation ATH Material. It manufacturerd by Bayer process with particle size 0.96-1.28μm, it widely used in Thermoset Plastic Filler, rubber, plastic industry, especially in cable application cause it reduce the external temperature during flame, make lower smoke and toxic.
Thermoplastic Flame Retardant ATH mainly mixed with epoxy resin, phenolic resin, unsaturated polyester resin, acrylic resin, polyurethane, polyvinyl chloride, butadiene rubber to get mechanical property. Fine particle size distribution can improve flame retardancy and certain filling, it rise the pressure of the steam to help flane retardant. And Thermoset Aluminum Hydroxide could improve the strength and toughness of the polymers .
