Main Features:
(1)L/D ratio (small hole length): Common 1:10, Our length achieve 1:15, the top of the spinneret is strengthened,
not easy to deform, ordinary hardness HRC (25-28° ),jier hardness HRC (34-38 °) has a longer service life.
(2)Using CNC high-speed machining center processing, The advantage is without slanting, verticality and straightness
is very good.
(3)Our company adds static mixing deflector to the melt chamber channel. Make the quality of the output more perfect.
The number of holes per melt blown spinneret is 13% less than JIER. It can bring more yield.
Each set includes: air knives 2 pcs, spinning board1pc, distribution plate 1pc, deflector 1pc, Side plates 2pcs, feed connector 1pc, Intake connector 2pcs and aluminum washers 3pcs. The screws are all 12.9 high strength bolts.
