CCP Polyvinyl alcohol PVA BP05 is a white, powdery, stable, non-toxic water-soluble polymer. Water is a good solvent for polyvinyl alcohol, and it is also a possible solvent. Polyvinyl alcohol has good film-forming properties, and the formed film has excellent adhesion, solvent resistance, friction resistance, tensile strength and oxygen barrier properties. Polyvinyl alcohol has both hydrophilic and hydrophobic functional groups, so it is a substance with interface activity, so polyvinyl alcohol can be used as a protective colloid for polymer emulsification and suspension polymerization.

4.Main function:

PVA BP05 is mainly used for sizing of pure cotton, polyester-cotton, viscose filament and other fibers, as well as for gluing of coated abrasives, and as a protective colloid for various adhesives (redispersible latex powder).

The material is very stable with no risk of molding and deteriorating. Under dry condition. Indefinite when protected from moisture.

6.Dissolving Method:

Add CCP Polyvinyl Alcohol BP-05 product to the water at room temperature first, then stir, after swelling for 30 minutes, stir while heating for 1 hour, when the temperature reaches 60 degrees, keep the constant temperature until it is completely dissolved.
