Swing Granule Equipment Working principle
The roller of Yk Series Swaying Granulation is swing repeatedly through mechanical driving, which makes the material extruded from sieve, further granulated or crushed or speedily pelletized, the sieve of YK granulator can make 1-3mm so that get 1-3mm wet granules. the YK Swing Granulator often connected by CH Groove Paste mixer machine and Fluid Bed Drying Machine or Hot Air Drying Oven to make the instant granules from powder. The whole process line as follow: Powder and liquid mixed by CH mixer machine to get wet paste, and then the wet paste will be maked into wet granules by YK Granulator machine, the wet granules will be send to Granules Drying Machine that such as Continuous Drying Machine (Vibrating Fluid Bed Dryer and Horizontal Fluid Bed Drying Machine), drying oven or vertical fluidized dryer to get dried granules. Then the dried granules will be sort by round vibration sieve to get uniform granules to packed.
