Product description

Neutral and non-corrosive with excellent weathering and aging resistance

Mainly used in structural bonding and sealing on glass, stone, glass light roof, aluminum plate glass curtain wall and other metal structure, as well as the second time bonding and sealing on hollow glass and other industrial building material

Substrates: metals, aluminum, galvanized iron, concrete, masonry, ceramic tiles, terracotta, and pretest on coated surfaces

Surface preparation:

All surfaces must be clean, dry sound and free if dust, oil, old sealant or other contamination
For best results, wipe all surfaces with mineral turpentine, using lint-free cloth, then wipe again with dry lint-free cloth
Clean pre-coated and powder metals with mineral turpentine to remove wax' matting agents, which can interfere with adhesion
Clean metals with mineral turpentine or white spirits, adhesion to metals can be further improved by light sanding
Clean glass with alcohol, manufacturing plastics should be consulted about suitable cleaning solvents, adhesion to plastics should be pre-tested
Mask either side of joint to produce neat finish

Applications:

Cut seal on top of cartridge
Screw on nozzle and cut to desired bead size
Hold gun at 45c angle
Push forward, squeeze trigger to gently fill joint
Within 5 minutes of application tool sealant, ensuring sealant wets sides of joint
If masking tape used to produce neat finish, remember to remove masking tape before sealant skins
