Shandong Hiking  produces Stainless Steel sectional water tanks which are made from hot pressed moulded panels .

To ensure the quality,We choose the high quality SUS304,SUS316 as raw material. Stainless steel panels are shaped by hydraulic press mold, Single panel can be with size 1000x1000mm,1000 x 500mm, 500 x 500 mm. Panels and accessories are welded or bolted at project site,the welding surface is washed and passivated by acid to ensure the welding parts without getting rust.

(1) Panels ( Bottom panel, wall panel, roof panel and manhole);  Connection: welded type.

(2) Internal parts ( Internal ladder, tiepiece, support,flanges);

(3) External parts ( External ladder, water level indicator );

(4) U-steel base ( Painted surface treatment or hot dipped galvanized surface treatment).
