1. Aggregate System
I.Two-stage dosing units, simple structure, convenient installation and transportation, reasonable layout; every aggregate hopper I s equipped with isolation mesh
II. The aggregate dosing system adopt electronic belt scale for continuous weighing and metering and motor for variable frequency speed regulation, high in metering precision
III.The discharging outlet is equipped with starving alarm device. The hopper will alarm for starving and automatic vibrates

2. Powder Supply System
I. The vertical cement bin is equipped with arc breaking device;
II. It is equipped with powder flow stabilizing bins enabling the cement metering more stable and reliable.
3. Water Supply System
The water level in the water tank can be automatically controlled; water level limit alarm can set up. It can be interlocked with the outer water pump. The variable frequency comparison water supply system makes the water quantity accurate, saves energy and guarantees reliable working.
4. Mixing System
I.It adopts double-shaft forced continuous mixing, uniform in mixing; the technology of no lining plate reduced the wear of blades. The mixing blades are made of special wear resistant material, long in service life.
II.The bottom has opening mechanism, making the cleaning of the mixing cylinder convenient and rapid.
III.The discharge outlet is equipped with receiving hopper and the feeding inlet has cover lid; the enclosed powder port makes the operation site clean and eco-friendly.
5. Finished Product Conveying System

Control System
I.Interchangeable manual, semiautomatic and  full automatic control functions, integrated control by industrial controller, dynamic process operation interface in Chinese, beautiful, elegant and intuitive;
II.The motor is controlled by PLC, able to realize power on/off by one press; failure detection and alarm functions; various weighing signals are straightly input PLC, preventing interference and improving responding speed; the materials can be automatically started or stopped according to process order to guarantee the synchronization entering the mixing cylinder;
III.Considering power, production and maintenance safety, it adopts multiple earthing, setting up obvious safety signs and other safety measures, fully guaranteeing equipment and human safety;
VI.The cement bin has position display and arc breaking devices; the water tank has limit alarming and automatic outer water pump starting and stopping function; the aggregate bin has bin wall vibrator and starving alarming and automatic bin vibration starting functions; the finished product bin is equipped with vibrator to prevent feed accumulation at the corners when emptying.
VII.It has automatic zero correction and coefficient weighing and can display and print the set values and practical values of various system parameters as well as print real-time report forms and history report forms (including date, time, accumulated production hours, accumulated material consumption, etc.);
VIII.The control room is spacious, bright, sealed and broad in view, functioning dampness resistance, dust resistance, heat insulation and sound insulation. It is equipped with appropriate air-conditioner. The instrument, alarming device, emergency control device, keyboard and control screen are reasonably arranged according to process order and human engineering requirement.
