Description
The veneer drying machine is designed to dry core veneers. In order to achieve the best drying efficiency of the jet roller Veneer Dryer, the wood veneer dryer machine's shell is insulated by a shell thickness of 75mm-100mm, so as to conserve the heat and no hot air loss within the core veneer dryer. We have patent for the biomass burner and our own heat transfer system for the double deck drying veneer machine. Using our veneer dryer line one ton of dried waste wood can produce about 3,000,000 Kcal and can dry around 8.6 cubic meters of veneer, which can greatly reduce the fuel costs. And the electric control system of Plywood veneer Drying Machine can automatically control the positive and negative operation of the machine, as long as the user adjusts the corresponding drying time according to the process requirements of different materials, the machine will automatically complete the entire drying process.
As the heat source of the drying machine, Biomass Burner is the patented product we invented and it is environment friendly, low emission and ultra-low operation cost for drying veneer. The fuel source can be the waste wood after peeling or the tree bark, rind, wood chips and wood scraps.
