GBP-D Series Medium Voltage VFD Structure
GBP-D series medium voltage VFD structure as shown below, consists of phase-shifting transformer cabinet, power unit cabinet and control cabinet ( bypass switch cabinet is optional according to customer requirements.)
GBP-D Medium Voltage Variable Frequency Drive Principle
System
GBP-D medium voltage variable frequency drive use series power unit technology to solve the voltage withstand problem. Multi PWM signal in series connection stacking after phase shift to reduce harmonics from output side, decrease dv/dt of output voltage; reduce the harmonic which feedback to the power grid and reduce the harmonic pollution to the power grid through current multiplex technology. The main controller uses digital signal processor, programmable gate array (CPLD and FPGA) as the core, cooperate with data acquisition unit, unit controller and fiber communication loop together with PLC, the above come up with the control system.
