The machine adopted the imported prototypical saw blade and imported linear bearing. The high precision main bearing makes the rotation of the saw blade stable. The gas-liquid damping cylinder realizes even feed and steady movement. The NC precision saw system adopts imported systems including delta of Taiwan, start of USD and so on which can realizes automatic cutting, automatic opening and shutting the shield and automatic feed. The NC saw transmission part discards the original adopted tape entering type transmission which makes the transmission more precision. It uses bail thread machine (ABBA of Taiwan and the imported thread machine from Korea and so on ) which verifies the accuracy of the sawed length
