          This type cast iron bathtub are 2 items, they are LZ1500B7,  LZ1700B7 .It is indoor cast iron bathtub, build-in bathtub. This model bathtub meet European countries, USA and son on.The color of is usually white, the back of bathtub is covered by a ground coat enamel , but we don`t fill putty on the back of build-in cast iron bathtub. 

          The cast iron bathtub is a indoor bathtub , build-in bathtub, so when we install it, we usually build three aprons with brick and cement ourselves, put sand into it,  then put this build-in cast iron bathtub on the sand, so that the cast iron bathtub can be stable and safer. The cast iron bathtub is very heavy, the net weight is around 90 KG~120 KG. So that we should be careful when we pack or unpack the pallet, also should be careful when customer carry and install the cast iron bathtub.

Customer can choose whether they need iron feet or not, and whether they need handle or not. The material of feet is iron which is painted black paint outside. The material of handle is iron which is electroplated chrome outside. In that way, the iron feet and iron handle will be not rusty even in the wet bathroom. We install bath feet and handle with screws.

Packing and Loading:

We usually pack build-in cast iron bathtub by pallet, 9 pieces/pallet, if customer need handles and feet for bathtub, we put these fittings in the boxes, and put boxes together on the pallet, like the pictures below.
