Shot Blasting Machine with Roller Conveyor (Q69)

The tunnel type machine is a continuous shot-blasting unit with a motorised rolls conveyor, employed for surface treatment of plates, profiles, pipes and steel structures.
The number and location of the turbines are optimised to ensure the full coverage of the materials transported by the conveyor.
By the frequency inverter for the rolls conveyor driving unit, the operator can choose the best compromise between the production speed and the final result, depending on materials condition before shot-blasting.
A blowing and brushing device ensure the shots removal from the surface of the blasted parts.
The machine type "GAMMA" can be installed "in-line" with a painting facility. For plates only it is also available the model with the conveyor in vertical position.
The shot-blasting unit is supplied complete with a self-cleaning dry cartridges dust collector.
