YA Series Vibrating Screen Introduction:

Through the flexible coupling, the motor drives the eccentric block of the vibrator at high rotary speed, generating the centrifugal force, and then causing the screen box did circular movement by the amplitude. After that, the materials in the slope screen surface will be cast continuously by the force generated from the screen box, then realizes the purpose of classifying Features and Benefits: Adopted the eccentric block vibrator, so it not only can strengthen the vibrating force, also can be adjusted randomly; Adopted the tire coupling, so it is flexible connection and steady operation; The screen crossbeam and screen box adopted high-strength bolt, so its structure is simple and easy maintenance. Adopted smaller amplitude, higher frequency, bigger obliquity, so it features higher screening efficiency, larger processing capability, longer service life, easier maintenance, lower electric consumption and noise.
