 Brine Electrolysis Sodium Hypochlorite Generator   Introduction NT-PC-50 Sodium Hypochlorite Generator is our newly developed on-site NaClO production equipment, suitable for all kinds of NaClO disinfection place. Single set active chlorine production: 1000 g/d.   Generation Principle Refined salt is mixed with softened water in the saturator to form saturated brine. It is diluted to 3% by softened water and injected into the electrolyzer. The solution is electrolyzed with direct current, the anodic product is chlorine gas and the cathodic product is sodium hydroxide and hydrogen. These two substances react with each other to form sodium hypochlorite solution.   Advantages And Features Using the mature salt electrolytic technology. Water, electricity and salt as raw materials ,easy to get, without transportation and storage of hazardous chemicals. Disinfection liquid concentration is low, ingredients stability, making cost economy. Semi-automatic operation, the equipment working time is flexible, easy to maintenance.
