Product description
Self-climbing concrete, also known as self-climbing formwork or self-climbing scaffolding, is a construction technique that allows for the vertical construction of concrete structures without the need for external scaffolding or cranes.
The Steel Climbing Formwork consists of a set of hydraulic jacks, brackets, and formwork panels that are attached to the concrete structure. The formwork panels are typically made of steel or aluminum and are used to shape and support the Precast Concrete Mould System during the construction process.
The hydraulic jacks, controlled by a central hydraulic system, are used to lift the formwork panels vertically as the concrete is poured and cured. This allows the formwork to "climb" up the structure as each new level is completed.
