  Rotary wood sawdust dryer   Introduction:   sawdust dryer machine includes heat stove, feed port, rotating cylinder, filter cylinder, material conveying pipe, cooling tube and discharge port. The rotating cylinder located at initiative hoop, the initiative hoop canbe worked by motor and reducer gear, there is feed port between heat stove and rotating cylinder, the rotating cylinder equipped with stir leaves, the baffle located at the connected place between rotating cylinder and the forth fifter cylinder, the small hole is set on the baffle, the both ends of filter cylinder connect with rotating cylinder and material conveying pipe, the baffle is set in the filter cylider, the slag holes are equipped at the bottle of filter cylinder, one end of cooling tube connect with material conveying pipe through air blower, the other one connect with discharge port.     Working Principles   The heat source of dryer is from combustion devices.This sawdust dryer adopts direct flow heating method. So the material should be sent to the shell by the feed chamber and feed chute.After that the material will be pushed backward by the spiral shoveling plate.As the sawdust dryer machine is located with a tilt, the material flows to  the  end  by  the  gravity and circumduction meanwhile it is shoveled repeatedly  by  the  shoveling plate to  the upper end then  comes down constantly, forming an even curtain in the drum and exchanging heat fully with the hot current in the drum.
