Preheating the machine       Check the welding machine and the temperature should reach 260℃  2. Cutting the Pipe  3. Marking the Socketing length on the pipe       Clean and dry the pipes spigot and fitting’s socket  4. Heating       Push the pipe and fitting into the machine without turning till to the length of step 3 marked.  5. Connecting       Pull out the pipe and fitting from the machine and insert the pipe into the fittings evenly and swiftly  6. Cooling       Cool the pipe at least 6 seconds   Butt Joint fusion connecting way: 1. Check before using      Every part of equipment are tightly      No leak on the hydraulic system  2. Fasten       Open the basic frame to maximum position. Then Stop. Place the pipes/fittings in inserts of the frame. Fasten the screws  3. Heating and absorption       Put the heating plate into frame after it has reached the required temperature.  4. Fusion, cooling and compaction      Separate the frame and remove the heating plate after the heating time is over the advised time, and join the 2 sides quickly.  5. Finish welding      After cooling time is reached, loose the screw and take out the pipe   Electro Fusion connecting way:   1. Mark the inserting depth  2. Clean the jointing surface  3. Insert the pipe into the fittings  4. Connect electric current       Finish the heating when there is melt flowing out of the observation hole.  5. Cooling the connection
