Redispersible Polymer Powder

Redispersible polymer powder produced by spray-drying special water-based emulsion, mostly based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It dissolves in water easily and quickly forms emulsion.

INNOFLEX F418 is redispersible polymer powder based on vinyl acetate and ethylene copolymer. It provides excellent dispersibility and good compatibility to all kinds of inorganic binders. It can improve the workability in wet mortar. After mortar hardens, it can greatly improve the adhesion and cohesion strength, abrasion resistance, increase flexibility and reduce the crack tendency of mortar.

INNOFLEX F418 is highly recommended to be used in high end tile adhesive, which shows excellent adhesion strength under all kinds of conditions. It can also be used in skim coat, plaster and render, thin-bed mortar, self-leveling compound and gypsum based compound etc. Recommended dosage is 0.5~10% by total dry mortar weight.
