Wintone Passport Reader is a Demo for reading various kinds of travel documents by using our own Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology. It uses the outward facing camera on a smartphone to capture the image, OCR processing, and data extraction automatically.

Tips:

Wintone Passport Reader can only work on Android 2.2 to 4.4 version and the smart phones with more than 1 GB memory are strongly recommended and please note that there shall be error in the OCR result and the recognition time can be different depending on the different configuration of the smart phones.
