            Q235 Rectangular Steel Tube is used to transport low pressure fluid. This type of steel is generally smelted by converter or open hearth, and its main raw material is molten iron plus steel. The content of sulfur and phosphorus in steel is higher than that of high-quality carbon structural steel, generally sulfur ≤ 0.050%, phosphorus ≤ 0.045%. The content of other alloying elements brought into the steel by the raw materials, such as chromium, nickel and copper, generally does not exceed 0.30%. Q255A, B, Q275 and other steel grades are indicated. Q235is divided into four grades A, B, C, and D according to the metallurgical quality. The Si content of each grade is 0.3%, and the difference lies in the carbon content, sulfur and phosphorus content. The carbon content of AB grade is 0.14%~0.22% and 0.12%~0.20%, the carbon content of CD grade is ≦0.18%, ≦0.17%, the Mn content of A grade is the smallest, and the SP content of D grade is the smallest. Q235 Square Steel Tube can be used for various abrasive handles and other unimportant abrasive parts. Q235 Square And Rectangular Steel Tubes is used as the punch material. After quenching, it is used directly without tempering. The hardness is 36~40HRC, which solves the phenomenon that the punch is broken during use.
