    Product Picture   Construction Site   Installation Note     1. PP-R pipe has low hardness and poor rigidity compared with the metal pipe. It should be protected during transport and under construction to avoid mechanical damage caused by inappropriate external force. After hidden laying, we need to mark the pipe position in order to avoid the damage of the pipe in secondary decoration.       2. PP-R pipe has a certain brittleness at low temperature below 5 ℃ so you should be careful in winter construction. You should use sharp tools to cut the pipe slowly. Can’t heavy load or knock the installed pipes and it’s better to cover protection on the vulnerable external force area when necessary.       3. PP-R pipe is easy aging degradation with long-term exposure to ultraviolet radiation, so when installed in the outdoor or the direct sunlight place must bind up dark protective layer.     4. Inaddition to use screw thread insert or flange mechanical connection way when connected with metal pipe or water holder, the rest all should adopt hot melt connection, which can make the pipeline integration and has no leakage point.       5. The linear expansion coefficient of PP-R pipe (0.15mm/m℃) is bigger. We must take technical measures of preventing deformation of pipeline in open installation or non-straight tunnel hidden laying.       6. You must test the pressure after installed the pipes but before tube sealing (straight laying) and coverage layer (non-straight hidden laying). Cold water pipe test pressure is 1.5 times of the system working pressure but shall not be less than 1 MPa; hot water pipe test pressure is 2 times of the system working pressure but shall not be less than 1.5 MPa.       7. We must install in accordance with the holders, hangers when open laying or non-straight hidden laying the pipes.       8.
