Product Description
Color-coated coil is a product made of hot-dip galvanized sheet, hot-dip galvanized sheet, electro-galvanized sheet, etc. as the substrate. After surface pretreatment, one or several layers of organic paint are applied on the surface, and then baked and cured.
The coating type can be selected
1. (SMP), the film has good hardness, wear resistance and heat resistance, as well as good external durability, powder resistance, light retention, general flexibility and medium cost.
2. (PE), good adhesion, rich colors, wide range of formability and outdoor durability, medium chemical resistance and low cost.
3 (HDP), excellent color retention and UV resistance linearity, excellent outdoor durability and powder resistance, good film adhesion, rich colors and excellent cost performance.
4 (PVDF), excellent color retention and UV resistance, excellent outdoor durability and powder resistance, excellent solvent resistance, good formability, dirt resistance, limited color and high cost.
