IMO series pump is magnetic drive centrifugal pump(Standard chemical process pump), is horizontal cantilever, single stage single suction, two-stage single-suction centrifugal pump. Products comply with API685 standard. Principle of magnetic transmission parts is similar to IMC series magnetic driven pump.     Application     IMO serie magnetic driven pump can replace shaft sealing pump , canned pump, is suitable for transmitting no-particles, clean inflammable, explosive, toxic, corrosive and precious liquid medium in industrial production process  such as chemical, petrochemical, pharmacy, dyeing.   Structure
There are two types of IMO series magnetic pumps
Type Ⅰ  : Direct Connection, the driving rotor connects an electric motor and a  driven rotor directly and centers automatically itself. The pumps can transport liquid at less than 150°C without heat tracing. Those pumps with motor power less than 22KW commonly adopt direct connection. (see structure drawing)
TypeⅡ: Shaft Coupling Connection, the driving rotor assembly is connected to one end in the bearing box, the other
end is connected to electric motor through shaft coupling. Alignment is needed during connection. The pumps can
transmit liquid at more than 150°C with heat tracing. Those pumps with motor power more than 30KW commonly
adopt type Ⅱ structure. (see structure drawing)   Main technical parameters
