Polymethacrylate Lubricant Viscosity Index Improver Additive

■Product Introduction

The Viscosity Index Improver is mainly used for mixing multi-stage oil, improving viscosity temperature performance, improving low-temperature starting and pumping performance, reducing engine fuel consumption and wear. It has the characteristics of good thermal stability, strong thickening ability, less carbon deposition in diesel engine and good shear stability.

Lubricant Additive Viscosity Index Improver has the main composition of polyalkyl methacrylate polymer with the appearance of light transparent viscous liquid. The outstanding performance of reliable shear stability and high & low temperature stability, ect. will ensure its broad application of industrial oil, engine oil, ect. It can mixed with other kinds of Lubricant Additive Component such as Antifoam Additive, Corrosion Inhibitor ZDDP to made various Additive Package.

Thickening performance of T602HB in base oils of different viscosities (100°C kinematic viscosity)

■Recommended Dosage

The recommended dosage for 602HB is 0.5-8%wt, depending on the application.

■Packing & Storage 

The highest temperature of this product shall not exceed 75°C during storage, handling and oil blending. If stored for a long time, the highest temperature shall not exceed 45°C. It shall be kept away from water. This product is non-flammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive. In terms of safety, environmental protection and use, it is the same as general petroleum products without special protection. For skin contact, wash thoroughly with detergent, soap and water.
