This rack choose PS material, then advice choose hard enoughsteel

Customized designs, sizes and frames are accepted

Mold steel: Din2344 forging for COR and CAV, C50 for mold base(customized)

Mold treatment: final treatment for COR and CAV plates byvacuum quenching to 48 to 52° (whole plates 0.3mmhardness)

Mold cavity: 2 (customized)

Mold software: choose UG for 3D design, AutoCAD for 2D drawing,mold flow for runner analyze

Mold size: 320 x 200mm (depends on client's machine uponchanging mold size)

Mold fix machine: 200T on injection molding machine

Plastic material: PS (on normal choose PS)

Mold cycle time: 25 seconds/shot (without cool water when testthis mold)

Mold doff way: automatic by ejectors and air spring (Hascostandard)

Mold lifespan (minimum): 1,000,000 shots

Mold base: copy standard mold base

Mold gate way: hot runner (customized)
