4. Heat Treatment and HRC
We commission professional company for heating processing. Different technologies are employed in different components and steels to assure better polish and long usage.

Plastic Dish Mould is relatively simple. In general, we temper the core and cavity to assure HRC 32-36.The surface nitride to assure HRC 32-36 after completion.

5. Processing 
The assembly work of plastic dish mould is finished by the makers with rich experience over 10 years and the all components are processing by CNC lathes.
