Mold steel: 718H for COR and CAV, C50 for mold base(customized)

Mold treatment: final treatment for COR and CAV plates throughnitrogen to 48 to 52° (surface plates 0.3mm hardness)

Mold cavity: 2 (customized)

Mold software: choose UG for 3D design, AutoCAD for 2D drawing,mold flow for runner analyze

Mold size: 300 x 250mm (depends on client's machine uponchanging mold size)

Mold fix machine: 90T on injection molding machine

Plastic material: PP (on normal choose PP)

Mold cycle time: 20 seconds/shot (without cool water when testthis mold)

Mold doff way: automatic by ejectors and air spring (Hascostandard)

Mold lifespan (minimum): 700,000 shots
