1.Introduction:
Crude oil flow meter is LLTW series spiral rotor flow meter ,a display instrument supporting the composition of intelligent crude oil flow meter. The crude oil flow meter is characterized by high precision, good repeatability, long service life and so on. It can be widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, paper and other industries to measure the volume of liquid instantaneous flow and volume of the total. Crude oil flow meter is compact, easy installation and maintenance, circulation capacity, pressure loss, impeller with anti-corrosion function.
(1) Defination : LLT series dual spiral rotor engine oil , heavy oil ,gas oil flowmeter is a highly accurate metrological instrument to measure the flow rate of fluid in pipeline continuously or instantaneously,
(2) Instructure : Composed of measuring body, a pair of spiral rotor, transmission components and registry unit.
(3) Advantage :High accuracy, large measurable flow range and small pressure loss, good adaptability to viscosity, steady operation, none pulsating flow, easy installation, and is able to locally display total volume, instantaneous flow rate or remote monitor with pulse or 4-20mA signal.

Function of registry: locally displays totalized and instantaneous flow rate, reset pointer and totalizer.
Output: pulse, 4~20mA signal
Explosion proof: EX d II BT4
Safety grade: IP65
Connection: flange GB/T9113.1-2000 or customized according to customers` option
Technical standard: JB/T9242-1999 positive displacement flowmeter.
