1. Variety
Tang Dynasty Mould Co., Ltd is capable of manufacturing high quality of PET blow moulds suitable for all brands of PET blow machines, which are almost semi-automatic and  full-automatic Stretch Blow Molding Machine such as Sidel, Sipa, Chumpower, magplastic and etc. ;

2. No. of Cavity
We mainly provide blow moulds for the linear Stretch Blow Molding Machine and the Max No. of cavity is 8;

3. Steel
We make PET Blow Mould based on customers` demand;

For semi-automatic blow machines, we adopt S45C materials to make mould, if the customer have high requirement of polishing, generally we use steel 718 or 2316 to make blow mould;

For Fully Automatic Stretch Blow Molding Machine, considering of short time of cycle, generally we adopt the United States Alcoa aluminum AL7075

4. Treatment
For common steel blow mould, we adopt chromium on surface, prevent rusting and improve roughness;

For the aluminum blow mould, because of soft aluminum mould, we do some treatment on the surface to make it harder and prevent wearing,

5. Processing 
The mould is completed by high-speed processing center and mould is one-time processing and with high precision to assure no misplace and thinner spue line.
