Lamination Process
Aluminum foil paper is made through PE lamination or Glue Lamination. For PE lamination, structure cold be Alu Foil / PE /Paper, for Glue lamination, Alu Foil / Adhesive / Paper. PE lamination and glue lamination could largely guarantee the high tear strength and torture strength for packaging and wrapping.

Slitter & Printing Process
After lamination process been done, aluminum foil paper big jumbo roll need to be sltted into small rolls for packing and delivery. Rolls could be 100mm-1500mm width and 2000-4000m length then be packed on pallets.

For printing, on foil side or paper side is both available for customer's logo or other company information. Also, printing could be designed according to customer's information for reference. For high quality printing, laquer coated foil makes sure printing more clear and brilliant. Besides, heat seal paper foil coiuld be used for butter wrapper, embossing could be done for printing.

After aluminum foil paper being slittered, small rolls will be packed with PE film for water proof, after PE film, buble material will be used for protection from crash during delivery. After bubble material, heat insulated materials will be wrapped outside for one more protection. Then these rolls after packaging will be packed on pallets and wrapped with many layers PE film for delivery.

FAQ;

1) About Lamination

We produce 2 laminations, PE Lamination and Adhesive Lamination. PE lamination is more flexible and performance well in water proof and grease proof, so it's widely used for products like Tea packing. Adhesive lamination is much more thiner and easy to fold to make bags like chicken wrapping, sandwich wrapping.

2) About Printing

We provide 4 colors printing, printing on glossy paper/art paper, aluminum foil side, PE side, too. Also, we could design printing pattern for customer or print as customer required.

3) About Samples

For regular structure like 7mic alu foil + 40gsm white / brown paper, free sampels for sheets or rolls are available, but delivery charge should be paid by customer. If some structure don't have stock, we need to reproduce, as company rules, charges will be paid according to products. But this charge will be returned for real order.

4) Delivery Time

For regular products, generally 40gsm paper, 15days delivery time. For other products, 25 days or more needed to prepare raw materials.
