A: According to the difficulty and quantity of product processing, a reasonable arrival time will be given to you. 

3. Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?

A: We are glad to send samples for your test. Samples are free, but you may need to pay the express fees.

4. Q:What is your payment term?

A: Normally, we accept by T/T ,30% T/T in advance, 70% balance before shipment. Other terms can be negotiable.
