Product Description   Patent foil is prepared by coating the heated high-molecular resin on the PET base film. In the process of producing the split leather, the resin is transferred to the surface of split leather through heating and pressurizing ,then peel off the PET film . Advantages    The most advantage is to save the surface-polished production during the split leather processing, After laminate the patent foil, the split leather can be directly processed (such as changing the color, laminate the metallic foil, printing, etc ); 2.It also helps to reduce the dust when producing the split leather, then lower the risk of impairing worker’s health from the workshop air.   Operation        Transfer temperature: 130℃—135℃ Transfer speed: about 10 /min Transfer pressure: 30kg   Storage       V. Storage: It is recommended to be stored under well-ventilated environment.
