It possesses features, such as, clear embossment, correct overprinting and stable running under high-speed. It is the specialized equipment for making high-rank napkin paper.   The napkin paper machine is used to fold the jumbo roll into the square or rectangular paper napkin. The machine system includes, embossing, counting and folding. The speed of the napkin paper machine is controlled by the frequency drive. The counting could be varied according to the requirement.This high speed napkin paper machine is also fitted with static eliminator. Extra remote is also provided on the back side of the machine so that the operator can control the speed of the machine while feeding the paper at the beginning.           This paper napkin machine uses jumbo roll to convert raw paper into various sizes of napkin paper ranging from 200-450mm with high capacity and stable performance. The finished napkin is in good order and very neat. It is a very good choice to produce napkin paper without color or with color printing. The jumbo rolls which have been silted into the desired width are embossed, printed and folded into finished products.It is featured of clear, correct printing and stable –running at high speed.   Loading the raw material( rolling raw material ---conveying the material by belt---embossing---printing---vertical folding---automatic counting---horizontal folding---automatic cutting---pushing the finished product.             Functions and features:

(need order)   3.May be based on customer needs configuration frequency conversion.   4.  Most of parts are precisely processed by numerical-control machine; the key mechanical parts are under CNC processing; while the main outsourcing parts are world famous brand.   5.  Adjust the gap between two folding wheels as per different layers or different GSM of jumbo roll. Adjustment can be conducted and instantly completed during production.    6.  Color printing unit is equipped with rubber printing, while patterns are flexible as per requirement. It is specialized color printing while the ink can be coated evenly on the emboss roller.            7. Smooth compressing is conducted by steel to rubber roller. Embossment down roller can be felt roller, paper roller or rubber roller (choose one of them).      8. Jumbo roll is fed into smooth compress unit through timing belt and then fed into embossment unit after smooth compressing and color printing. Among jumbo roll, smooth compressing and embossing, they are all equipped with tension adjusting unit.   9.  Stepless speed-regulator controls unwinding; Machine is completely synchronous in running; Auto counting unit.     10. Embossing design on raw paper with clear embossing shape.   11. Equipped with tension control system to control different tension of raw paper.
