● Main body is jacketed rectangular structure, with strict quality and safety standards

Inner chamber is square structure, more effective space than circular room; the inner wall is made of high quality 304 stainless steel, mechanical polishing and electrochemically polishing, cool and smooth, corrosion resistant and durable. The automated welding system avoids the defects caused by manual welding

● Safe, reliable, simple and effortless radial bolt locking structure sealed door

Equips with radial bolt locking structure sealed door, Mechanical safety interlock equipped on the door, preventing operator opening the door when equipment is running. There are 2 type: single door and double door.

● High temperature durable silicone rubber seals

The door seals are made of silicone rubber with high temperature resistance and good elasticity,  seals high temperature of 200 ℃, to ensure long service life

● Control calve by the operation achieving sterilization indoor air exclusion, items sterilization, rely on the interlayer higher temperature achieving the drying of the inner room items

● Electric steam generator is optional for XG1.X series sterilizer, using electric heater to heat the water, and then producing high-pressure steam for sterilization
